Our printing processes are specifically geared towards offset and letterpress printing, with the production of plates and tracings requiring professional precision. This is why we only accept graphic layouts in vector format. The vector format offers unrivalled flexibility and quality, ensuring exceptional prints. Thanks to our advanced manufacturing techniques, we can offer high-quality finishes and compositions that are visually and sensorially striking.
You can easily get started on your project by visiting our design page, where you can choose a graphics package that suits your needs. These vector graphic mock-ups are essential for a professional result. If you prefer personalised support, our team of graphic designers is at your disposal. At the end of the meeting, we’ll create an original and unique graphic model that will bring your project to life.
Once you’ve placed your order, you can upload your files directly via your account in the “Upload” area. You can insert your logo, graphic charter, document (AI, EPS, PDF). INCL. VAT If you are a professional, you can send us your mock-up directly. We will check it and then modify it according to technical constraints before presenting it to you. After processing, we’ll get back to you by e-mail to send you your press proof so that you can approve the production run.
Our team follows a meticulous three-stage checking process to ensure the quality and accuracy of your project. Here’s how we do it:
1. Checking finishes and mock-ups : First of all, we carefully examine the finishes you have selected in our configurator and compare them with those expressed in your graphic mock-up. This stage is crucial to ensure that all your preferences are correctly taken into account. If we find any inconsistencies or errors, we will contact you promptly by e-mail. We will then work with you to find the best possible solution or to resolve any cost differences if necessary.
2. Checking dimensions : Once the finishes have been confirmed, we move on to carefully checking the dimensions required to produce the plates or tracings. We make sure that all the dimensions are correct and meet the specific requirements of your project. If we detect an inadequate scale or dimensional problems, we take immediate action. In this case, we make the necessary changes to your graphic model straight away. Before going any further, we await your final approval of the proof to make sure that everything meets your expectations.
3. Production control: The final stage of our control process takes place during the actual production phase. Although very rare, it can happen that an error is spotted by one of our workshop members during production. If this happens, we will inform you immediately. Potential errors may include the use of a combined support with an incompatible finish or an error in the manufacture of the plates. This in-process check enables us to detect and correct any problems quickly. We do everything possible to avoid compromising the final quality of the product.
Our aim is to provide you with exceptional service and guarantee a flawless end result. We make every effort to ensure that your project is carried out with care and precision from start to finish. Our lead times are generally between 10 and 15 working days. They vary according to the complexity and scale of each project and the order schedule. Once you have given your approval for the print order, we enter the phase of acquiring the plates or tracings needed to produce your order. This stage usually takes us between 48 and 72 hours to ensure that we obtain high-quality elements that are perfectly suited to your composition (our lead times do not include weekends and public holidays).
To go a step further, it’s important to note that lead times can be influenced by a number of factors. First of all, our production schedule plays a crucial role in determining lead times. Depending on the number and complexity of orders in hand, our production capacity can fluctuate, which can lead to delays. What’s more, the large number of finishes you choose for your project can also have an impact on lead times. Each additional finish requires special attention and may require additional production time. Our team constantly strives to meet agreed deadlines and deliver work of exceptional quality. Throughout the manufacturing process, we closely monitor every stage to minimise any potential delays and ensure customer satisfaction. Payment and delivery
We offer two payment options: credit card using our 3D Secure payment module, or Paypal. The launch of your order creation process is subject to confirmation of payment in full. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail at the time of delivery.
Delivery times for parcels in France are between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the point of dispatch and the destination. For Corsica and Europe, delivery times are 48 to 72 hours, for French overseas departments and territories 72 to 96 hours. If you would like to track your delivery, we will send you a tracking number to find out where it is.
If you have any complaints or problems with your order, please contact us directly by e-mail at contact@atelierprintandpress.com. You will need to provide us with clear photos showing the defect on several units or the condition of the parcel on receipt.
We would like to stress that our parcels are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transport. However, we accept no responsibility for any mishandling of packages by carriers. Each parcel is sent with insurance to cover any damage that may occur during delivery.
After examining the problem carefully, we will assess the fault in terms of quality and veracity. We will also take into account the number of units affected by the problem. Rest assured that we will do everything in our power to find an appropriate and satisfactory solution.
If the defect is proven and has an impact on the quality of the product, we will restart production to provide you with a product that meets your expectations. If part of your order is affected by the problem, we will ensure that it is remanufactured as quickly as possible.
If the problem is confirmed but does not require a complete remanufacture, we may consider compensating you in the form of a credit note, which you can use for future orders.
We would like to stress that such situations are very rare in our workshop, as we make it a point of honour to carry out rigorous quality checks on your entire order. Our aim is to provide you with a final product of the highest quality, carefully packaged and insured, and to guarantee your satisfaction.

If the artwork you provide does not match the options selected in your order, your order will be put on hold. In each specific case, we will determine the best approach to follow to resolve the situation.
We may suggest that you return your design to us, making the necessary adjustments to bring it into line with the order form. Alternatively, after analysis, we will inform you of the price difference to be paid. If there is an increase in price, you will have the option of paying the balance using a payment link. On the other hand, if we find a price reduction, we can offer you a credit note for the difference, which you can use on your next order. We want to ensure that every aspect of your order is accurate and meets your expectations, and we will do everything in our power to find the best solution to ensure your satisfaction.
